RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Villa Pineta is an elegant retreat set within a 20-hectare organic estate near Castelvetrano in southwestern Sicily. Surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with citrus and olive trees, the villa combines a modern layout with seamless integration into its natural surroundings. The spacious interiors feature large windows that flood the rooms with light and provide direct access to the garden. With its infinity pool, outdoor dining areas, and proximity to pristine beaches and historical landmarks, Villa Pineta offers an ideal base for exploring the cultural and natural treasures of Sicily.
Interior:
The villa is a single-story structure with French windows in every room, opening directly onto the garden.
GROUND FLOOR: Entrance via a portico leading to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area; Living room with a glass wall overlooking the garden and pool; Two double bedrooms (one with a divisible bed) with en-suite bathrooms with showers; Twin bedroom with joinable beds and en-suite bathroom with shower. A separate boiler room houses the washing machine.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a lush garden of centuries-old olive trees, citrus groves, and cycads. A thick hedge separates the garden from the estate’s organic farmland, which guests can explore to admire the mango, avocado, and citrus crops. Two porticoes provide shaded spaces for outdoor dining and relaxation. The parking area accommodates up to four cars. Seasonal changes may affect the colours and blooming of the garden’s flowers and grass.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The infinity pool is located about 10 m from the villa, set on a wooden solarium surrounded by lantanas and Mediterranean plants: Rectangular shape; Dimensions 8 x 5 m with depths ranging from 1.2 to 1.4 m; Chlorine purification; Internal lighting activated at twilight alongside the garden lighting; Roman steps for access. The solarium area is equipped with sunbeds and tables. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
