The property is thoughtfully equipped for modern living, boasting spacious interiors, attractive décor and lush gardens, making it a supremely comfortable base for exploring Sicily’s cultural and natural treasures.

The villa spans a single floor, divided into two units with an additional annexe. MAIN UNIT: Open-plan living area with lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen overlooking the veranda and pool. ADJACENT UNIT: Three double bedrooms (one with a divisible bed), each with an en-suite bathroom with shower and panoramic views of olive trees and bamboo. A hallway with a large window connects the rooms. The washing machine is located in an external room. ANNEXE: Accessible through the garden, the annex includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden featuring palms, olive trees, bamboo and vibrant bougainvillea. A pergola near the villa provides a shaded breakfast area with a stone table, while the pool and sun terrace are framed by exotic plants. A small path connects the villa to the parking area. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The infinity pool, located a few steps from the villa, measures 8 x 4 m with depths ranging from 1.2 to 1.4 m: Saltwater purification; Roman steps for access; Internal lighting that creates a magical evening atmosphere. The sun terrace is equipped with sun loungers and a seating area on the adjacent veranda. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
