RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Villa Antura is set in the heart of a 20-hectare organic farm near Castelvetrano, surrounded by lush gardens of Mediterranean scrub. Spanning a contemporary-style villa with a restored turn-of-the-century Sicilian annexe, it’s a welcoming setting for a holiday. Large glass windows in the main house provide an intimate connection to the verdant landscape, while the annexe’s traditional walls retain its historic charm. The villa’s tranquil setting ensures total relaxation, and its proximity to beaches, nature reserves and archaeological treasures makes it an ideal base for exploring Sicily’s cultural and natural wonders.

Interior:

The villa is a single-story structure divided into a main house and annex, with French windows in every room providing direct garden access. MAIN HOUSE: Open-plan living area with a lounge, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen; Small utility room with a washing machine (external access). ANNEXE: Two double bedrooms (one with a divisible bed), each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden featuring olive trees, citrus groves, and cycads. A thick hedge separates the garden from the estate’s organic farmland, where guests can admire mango, avocado and citrus crops. The relaxation area, set under a portico in front of the living room, is equipped with sofas and armchairs. A parking area for four cars is shared with the adjacent property. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool is located near the villa and offers a serene retreat: Rectangular shape; Dimensions 7 x 2.5 m with depths ranging from 1.2 to 1.4 m; Chlorine purification; Internal twilight lighting; Roman steps for easy access. The sun terrace, part wood and part lawn, is equipped with sunbeds. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
