Just 3 km from Marina di Ragusa, this modern villa is part of a cluster of coastal homes, only 400 m from the golden beaches of the Mediterranean. Its sustainable design incorporates wood and glass, with large French windows creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Ideal for families or groups, Villa Carubbo offers a tranquil retreat with easy access to Sicily’s cultural and coastal treasures.

GROUND FLOOR: Open-plan living area with a lounge, Smart TV, and dining table; Compact kitchen with garden access; Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; Second bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeping four) and a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have direct access to the garden. An external staircase leads to a rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi offering panoramic views.

Park:

The villa is surrounded by a 300 sq m garden bordered by climbing plants. The flat lawn, interspersed with lemon trees and flowering shrubs, includes tiled terraces and paths leading to the solarium. French windows from the living area open onto a terrace with outdoor furniture. Parking for two cars is located just outside the pedestrian gate. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool, located a few steps from the house, measures 10 x 3.5 m with a constant depth of 1.2 m: Chlorine purification; Internal and external lighting; Submerged steps for easy access. The solarium features a paved area with sunbeds, and a cold-water shower is available on the lawn. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
