Description:

RICEPTIVE STRUCTURE. I Gelsi is a beautiful newly renovated Villa with an infinity pool with a hydromassage corner and a small beach, a wellness center with a jacuzzi and Turkish bath, professional BBQ for grilling, air conditioning in all rooms, and a charging station for electric cars. The geothermal system and photovoltaic make this house even more comfortable as well as autonomous from an energy point of view and attentive to environmental sustainability.

Interior:

On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a living room and a large living room with a sofa and fireplace, two bedrooms (one double and one twin with en-suite bathroom), and a bathroom with an accessible shower and a wellness area with jacuzzi and Turkish bath. On the first floor, there is an apartment, with a kitchen with living room, 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and two bathrooms with shower. The laundry area is located on the second floor. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Park:

Outside there is a large garden with an infinity pool equipped with sun loungers and a porch furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The infinity pool with hydromassage corner and small beach is equipped with sun loungers. It measures 6x12 metres, is 1.40 meters deep and will be open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
