Description:

PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Villa Montefalcone is a beautiful modern villa with swimming pool with hydromassage angle, large kitchen with island, and a large panoramic terrace, indoor counter-current pool and sauna.

Interior:

On the ground floor there is the kitchen with island and the living room with a sofa, a double bedroom with bathroom, the laundry room, a bathroom, the indoor swimming pool (with dimension 3 x 5,5m and 1,20m deep) and the sauna. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms (one with French beds and one with single beds, which can be arranged as a double bedroom upon request), a bathroom with shower and the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with double shower head. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.

Park:

Outside there is a large garden with a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage angle and solarium with sunbeds. This villa is also equipped with an electric charging point. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The swimming pool, equipped with hydromassage angle, measures 12 x 5 metres, has a depth of 1.40 meters and will be open from 30 April to 24 September.
