The renowned Viale Ceccarini with its boutiques, the tempting clubs, water parks, hilltop discos, nightlife on the beach at the mouth of the river Marano, are all elements that make it particularly attractive to those who love a holiday of spontaneity and glamour where it is impossible to get bored. From Easter to September there is also a parking space available at about 300 m from the apartment. Forty steps up from the condominium entrance is the 92 sq m, single-floor apartment. The front door opens onto the large open-plan living room, equipped with sofa, large Smart TV, and dining area, surrounded by large windows. Communicating with the dining area is the well-equipped kitchen and laundry corner. A corridor off the living room leads to three double bedrooms (one with divisible bed and one with queen size bed), two bathrooms with shower and, lastly, a guest bathroom. The whole apartment is equipped with air conditioning.
