RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Villa Ardente is a beautifully restored 16th-century farmhouse in the tranquil Abruzzo countryside, near Bellante and just a few kilometres from the Adriatic coast. With its original vaulted ceilings, terracotta floors and exposed stone walls, it retains its historic charm. Its bright, contemporary style interiors feature a spacious kitchen and dining area with French doors opening directly to the garden. Welcome features for all ages include an inviting pool, billiards and table football. Surrounded by vast grounds and offering breathtaking views of both coastal and mountain landscapes from the first floor, Villa Ardente is an appealing retreat for families and groups.

The villa spans three floors, covering approximately 500 sq m. GROUND FLOOR: Main entrance leading to a lounge with fireplace; Games room; Large living room with sofas and TV; Open-plan dining area and kitchen with direct garden access; Guest bathroom; Double bedroom with external access and en-suite bathroom with shower; Laundry room. FIRST FLOOR: Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers; Two double bedrooms sharing two bathrooms with showers. One bedroom has access to a large terrace with an external staircase leading to the garden. SECOND FLOOR: Double bedroom with terrace; Single bedroom; Bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub.

Park:

The villa is set within 4-hectare private grounds, including a 2,000 sq m garden that surrounds the house. The land features a mix of flat areas, gentle slopes, and picturesque corners, including a whirlpool tub nestled under the trees. The garden’s lawn is bordered by hedges and trees typical of the Abruzzo countryside. A wooden gazebo equipped with tables and chairs provides the perfect setting for al fresco dining. The swimming pool, surrounded by lawn, is the focal point of the garden. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The pool, located just a few metres from the villa, features an emerald river effect created by its cement coating: Rectangular shape; Dimensions 12 x 6 m with a constant depth of 1.5 m; Chlorine purification; Internal steps for access; Equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
