PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Casale Rondinella is a carefully renovated retreat in the Tuscan Maremma, offering a harmonious blend of traditional charm and modern comforts. With exposed chestnut beams, handcrafted travertine floors and eco-friendly features, this villa exudes character and sophistication. Bright interiors with contemporary furnishings and ethnic touches open seamlessly to the well-tended garden, complete with a pool, portico and pergolas for outdoor relaxation and dining. Located near Manciano, the villa is perfectly situated for exploring the region’s historical towns, thermal spas and the stunning Tyrrhenian coast.


Interior:

The villa (250 sq m) spans two floors, connected by internal and external staircases. GROUND FLOOR: The main door opens onto the hallway on the ground floor with the guest bathroom and the brickwork staircase up to the first floor and with access to the dining room, to the left of which is the kitchen with the laundry room and, to the right, the living room, both with exits to the garden. Completing the ground floor is a double bedroom with separate entrance from the outside and equipped with an ensuite bathroom with shower, a wardrobe and a double sofa bed. FIRST FLOOR: On the first floor a small sitting room opens onto a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and a wardrobe, and a twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom. All the bedrooms and living areas have air conditioning with independent control units. All fireplaces are ornamental.

Park:

The fenced-in park (1000 sq m) is characterised by gravel and lawn areas dotted with cypresses, olive trees, eucalyptus trees, poplars, aromatic bushes and a small organic vegetable garden. Outside the kitchen French window is the portico used as a living area as are the two vine-covered pergolas on the other sides of the villa. Just a few steps from the portico is the bamboo pergola with dining table and built-in kitchen equipped with charcoal barbecue, induction hobs, sink and worktops; continuing on, you come to the swimming pool surrounded by lawn with a view of the surrounding countryside. The property is accessed via the automatic vehicle gate, followed immediately by the parking area with four uncovered spaces. The annexes around the villa are storage and technical rooms for the exclusive use of the property. Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

The private swimming pool is located on the same level as the ground floor, 15 m from the villa from which it is visible, and can be reached across the lawn. Rectangular and measuring 12 x 6 m with a constant depth of 1.5 m, the pool is lined in grey PVC with a stoneware edge and has salt purification, internal lighting and six steps along one short side for access to the water. The pool, always exposed to the sun and offering a panoramic view of the countryside with the hills on the horizon, has a lawn solarium equipped with two umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs and armchairs, a bathroom and a hot-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

  • Death or hospitalization of you and/or the stay participants
  • Hiring or dismissal by the employer of you and/or the stay participants
  • Court summons for you or the stay participants
The insurance will be valid for all participants whose names are registered in the appropriate form.

ZER0DEP COVER - by Emma Villas (Mandatory) 149€ each reservation This guarantee protects you and allows you to have a tranquil holiday. Zer0Dep stands for "Zero deposit"; it is a coverage which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are: you do not pay the security deposit on arrival: neither in cash nor by immobilising a substantial amount on your credit card limit;
  • you are covered in case of any damage to the property caused by you or members of your group/family during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 1,500 euros);
  • you avoid any dispute on the responsibility of the damage and its quantification during check-out;
  • you can enjoy your villa holiday in greater toughtlessly.
